How do I add steps from a non bluetooth apparatus? I'm old school

You convert them to miles/pace, and use

Just steps (heresy coming) aren't important when it comes to calories, though getting more steps does burn more calories, generally. What's important is work. Distance is more important in that than steps per se.0 -
I'd like to add that even the sedentary activity level on MFP includes a base level of activity. So I would suggest not logging all of your steps (if you use your device throughout the entire day), perhaps subtract 3000 or so.1
