Is there a way to differentiate between the two in the app? Most of my protein is plant based (avocado, seeds and nuts, mylk) which then shoots my “fat” intake over my goals.
TIA.

Generally:
- trans fats: avoid as much as possible
- saturated: limit them MFP's goal is a maximum)
- unsaturated (both mono and poly): there are no official minimum recommended values, but the more the better
Being over your recommended fat intake isn't a bad thing, especially healthy fats, as long as it doesn't crowd out other nutrients. Macro distribution is a very personal choice anyway 🙂0
