Fitbit Steps not Syncing

It was working yesterday but today it hasn't updated since around 12h45 GMT.
I only joined yesterday so figuring this all out still? Where or how can we check for issues? Or is there a trick to it?
Also, how does everyone add their workouts. Just on fitbit and let MFP do the thing automatically or do you add a time and workout in? I did the later yesterday but now my fitbit shows two workouts at the same time? All and any help would be appreciated!
