Need Understanding

Good morning

I need help/understanding with how to calculate what my total calorie intake should be. Only been using this app seriously for about 3 weeks now.

A few weeks back I did an InBody test and I have a BMR 2199. At present I am using that as my base and then adding my expended calories through training etc. to set my daily target.

I am happy with my weight so don’t want to lose or gain, just lean out by cleaning up my eating by checking my macros i.e. personal accountability.

Is my logic sound or off the mark?

    No your logic is missing a part of your overall calorie needs - your routine daily activity.

    Why not use this app as designed and go through the guided goal setup which estimates your BMR, multiplies it by your daily activity and then intends you to add in your exercise estimates on the day you do your workouts?
