So I’ve logged in my food for 7 days and it still shows 0kg gained. When does it increase? Is it after 2 weeks or a month?

What? If your weight changes, you have to change the number.
What do you mean byWhen does it increase?0 -
You click on check-in to update your weight.
How else are you expecting that informtion to get to MyFitnessPal?0 -
Maybe s/he wonders when the calorie goal increases (if s/he is trying to gain weight...)
If that is the question, then the calories will increase as your weight increases - but you still have to update your own body weight for the app to know it needs to change your calorie goal. Calories will change if/when your body weight changes by more than (I think it's) ten pounds - but only by a few calories, it's not a lot (like around 5-25 calories per ten pounds of body weight if I remember correctly; depending on your total weight.)0 -
