Motivating through video?

I have seen it before, but I haven't done it until now.

People make weekly videos which include what they eat, their workouts, weight/measurement tracking, and even some personal vlogging. I have always thought this was a great idea, since it would be motivating to have followers or subscribers watching you through your journey. It might even help you stay committed. Plus, I think people become motivated by watching these videos.

I recently created a channel so that I can have video of my journey and so that I might be able to motivate people. My first video is just an introduction, but I will be posting more soon and I'm hoping to get more subscribers soon. (:

What do you think about this?
Do you become motivated when you watch videos about people losing weight?
Would you ever make your own videos?
Would you like to see someone go through a similar journey that you're going through?
Etc.
Questions? Comments? (:

I have a channel called MyMadFatVlog. I talk about body issues, motivation, cravings and diet. It's been a lot of fun. You should check me out and I would love to watch your videos. I love the idea of having a video network of people talking about weight issues and bouncing ideas off of one another.
  • I will definitely subscribe! I think so too and I think videos is a great way to do it! <3
I only have one video so far. Haha. I meant to take a picture of my shake this morning so I could start building a video of what I eat... but I forgot and drank it all! Hahahaha. <3
