Hi, I'm new here. Apparently I signed up back in 2018 at some point, but I really don't remember 🤷♀️ Anyways, I'm just starting out. It's been about a week. I don't have a lot to lose.. I'm aiming for 15-20 pounds. I would like to be healthier overall and incorporate some form of exercise into my routine (I struggle with motivation there). Any tips on keeping hunger at bay, or just general words of wisdom are always appreciated!
