Just someone to make sure I’m staying motivated towards my goals!! I usually am good for a week and then fall off my healthy habits0

Ok. I’m in the same boat. What are your goals? How are you tracking? For me, I find I am more successful when I have clear mini goals in addition to longer term goals. I track my calories on mfp daily, drink more water, and make sure I get 10k steps daily. Once I see any progress, I am more motivated to keep going.0
