Newbieee!

Hello! My name is Jessica and I'm looking for ways to get fit! My lovely boring story..

I had a child very young, and my Punishment was a 100 pound Weight gain, and the road map to whatever your destination may be of stretch marks, EVERYWHERE! So I lost the weight, *6* years ago! I am currently 5'7, and my weight fluctuates between 155-165.

I lost so much weight and I was so HAPPY, for a while anyways. Now I realize what I really did to myself. I lost the weight without exercise, diet only. Leaving me to be what they call "SKINNY FAT". I am currently 23 years old, and since have had another child which she didn't do anything to my body that wasn't there already. So atleast I didn't get worse, If there actually is a "worse" then the mess I have right now.


I am looking to tone my body and get into exercising, I find it SO frustrating, and OVERWHELMING! That every time I have tried in the past I just feel its useless, or I'm probably doing the exercise wrong anyway. I also am in need of a MAJOR tummy tuck, but cant afford it right now. Even that wont help my stretchmarks. Which also make is discouraging when I exercise because I know no amount of any exercise is going to help this stomach.

However, I have to do something until then to feel better about myself, and tone this body somehow! Because I'm tired of the flub.

That's my story, and I'm hoping to find some tips here with exercising, and toning tips.
