What's MFP, I AM BACK. Had huge success with the community here on MFP and I'm looking to get that back. I currently have a very physical job and I go to the gym every other day. I plan to start going 5 days a week in the next week or so once I get back into the swing of things. My goal is to lose wait and bulk at the same time. Any advice and help is appreciated.
