I have only lost 1.5 lbs. I use the stationery bike 5 days a week increasing calories to the 1300 range. However I try to stay in the low 1200 range. Should I increase food intake according to calories burned each day. Am I not eating enough? I lost 25 lbs the first time I used your plan but having difficulty losing this time. Is it bc of age which is 72 ? Please help with suggestions.
Thank you,
Lonnie B

In what timeframe have you lost the 1.5 lbs? A week, a month, 6 months? How long have you been using the bike? It could be water retention masking weight loss. How are you measuring the calories you are eating? Are you just eyeballing serving sizes, using cups and spoons, or are you weighing foods on a food scale? A food scale is the most accurate way to know how many calories you are eating. I would guess you might be eating more than you think.2
