Hi, I’d just like to know what level of activity should be be putting down when we want to lose weight? Is it excluding any exercise? For example if my job is a 9-5 sitting down in the office, does that mean I’m lightly active? Thank you guys

Your activity level should not include exercise (since exercise should be logged separately). Your activity level should include: your job and any other daily non exercise activity such as your commute, chores, hobbies, children and pets to take care of,...0
