Ive been a yo yo dieter following many various slimming clubs paying weekly for weighs ins to be actually heavier than ive ever been ! Ive decided to track my calories and today Ive just started a fitness challenge. I feel the yo yo dieting has had a negative impact on my mental health. Looking foward to doing things differently Any help, tips or advice would be greatly appreciated.
