Hello

I have a goal of 5 stone to lose initially and must work on my over all fitness regime.
A few things that may hinder this is I’m type 2 diabetes diet controlled, I have an abundance of medical issues… under active thyroid, pcos, no gall bladder, asthma, elhers danlos syndrome, early menopause, fibromyalgia AND I’m on anti anxiety meds and steroids for pain in my joints which can make you gain weight too.

What are my odds I ask you? Add me as a friend and watch this space 😂
