i lost an inch and gained a stretch mark WHAT!?

so i lost .5" in my waist, 1" in my thigh and GAINED an inch around my hip (could squats be the culprit for that?) I keep seeing stretch marks in my thighs show up and i don't know why! its driving me crazy cuz i feel like i'm being healthy and i'm clearly slimming down and maintaining my weight, ive been at it since January, WHAT IS GOING ON!?!

    Stretch marks happen with rapid weight gain or loss. Check out this article for some homeopathic "cures" and good look!

    You'd have to open your diary first and if you are eating at a deficit it's unlikely you gained muscle.

    Often when you are bigger, your skin is stretched and pulled taught around the extra weight. When you lose the weight the skin relaxes and you start to notice stretch marks. Think of it as a balloon inflated and the air inside is fat. When you deflate the balloon (lose weight) the balloon looks more and more wrinkly and stretched out. This is why a lot of people who have lost a lot of weight have extra "flab" or loose skin when they are done losing.
