Adding additional serving sizes to custom foods?

How do you add additional serving sizes to custom foods? For example due to the database not matching Starbuck's website data I've added under my custom foods Starbucks - Whole Milk Latte , Serving Size : Large (Venti) . If I try to add it again but for serving size Grande (Medium) it tells me the food already exists. So I cannot add it unless I give it another name.
But when I add the item to my diary I can press serving size and I get an option to pick, but there is only 1 option , how do I add different serving sizes to item? As this makes more sense than creating the same item with different names.

Can you just remember how large a medium is compared to a large and use that for your serving? For example, if a large is 500 ml and a medium 350ml, enter 0.7 servings of a large.0
