iifym (carb question)

I'm trying to calculate my needs. I'm on week 3 of doing iifym...just basically noting that I do not eat "clean" all the time. However, that does not mean I'm eating cereal and candy all day. Anyways, If I have 733 calories left remaining after I take off the calories from protein and fat, that leaves me with 183 g. of carbs... which seems HIGH. Lately my goal has been 140-145, but I haven't been able to reach my calorie goal with that number. I workout 5-6 days a week ... recently spending more time with weight training. I'm trying to lose fat, but I haven't been able to break a plateau that I've been in for months... I've been gaining weight and I've been on a calorie deficit allll year! Not sure if I should slowly up my carbs to 183 or what. Any advice???
This is how I figured out how I needed 183 grams.
Protein = 1g per pound of body weight (my goal is 135 grams protein) (which = 540 calories)
Fat = .4g per pound of body weight (my goal is 42 grams fat) (378 calories)
Carbs = remaining calories (733 calories) (183grams???)
Calorie goal is: 1651cals/day.
I actually readjusted my protein and fat to my LBM ...and goals rather than current weight.
