I am 43 years old and a yoyo dieter.
I have been up and down weight wise all my life.
Diagnosed with fatty liver 3 yes ago...to be honest I have not looked after myself and have just gained soo much weight .
I have really tried this past week on getting back on track. I have been inspired by my partner who has been getting healthier too.

I just lack motivation and consistency.
I would like friends here who are on a similar journey as myself.
I am not new here and I am pretty sure I have introduced myself in here years ago. I have just started again.....
One lbs at a time
