Hi everyone,
My name is Tim. I am new to MFP, but I am not new to weight loss. My heaviest was 262 pounds and my current is 177! I made it a goal to never go over 180 again! So far, I am doing a good job on that goal, but now I want to push more and drop into the 160-169 range and hopefully see some abs!
I am mainly on here to track my diet and make supportive friends! So feel free to add me! for engagement! I'll mostly be active during the work week.
