Hi everyone in a newbie

Hi my name is Hannah from Cambridgeshire, UK.

I've registered for MFP before but now have decided its time to start using it. I'm new to weight loss and I'm looking to make friends with like minded people as I have over 50 pounds to lose.

Looking forward to starting my weight loss journey and meeting new friends.

    Feel free to add me if you like. I'm Melissa & from the U.S. I started with almost 50lbs to lose & now I'm within 10lbs of my goal. I'd be happy to offer any support or encouragement.
  • Brand new member :happy: Logging in I was shocked to see how many calories a cup of coffee with cream and sugar have. This is what I have every morning, and have had the past million years (or so). Looks like I have to work on that morning habit. The hardest thing about losing weight is putting ON your runners. I need an early morning butt taser.
    My biggest challenge will be fitting in exercise while working 12-16 hour shifts. My goal is to lose 25 pounds. If you don't make time to be healthy, than you have to make time for illness.
