70+ members

I just turned 80 and have my grandsons wedding in October. I would like to lose at least 15 pounds by then. Still trying to figure out the healthiest way to do this. And would love to chat with other older members.

    Don't be dismayed if you open that up, and see old posts. Like any long-active thread here, the newest posts are at the end, on the high-numbered pages. It's still very active.

    Though it's 60+, there's quite a range of ages, and people at various stages from just starting out, to long-term maintaining a healthy weight post-loss.

    I'm "only" 66, have been here since 2015 (just under a year to lose 50-some pounds, 6+ years of maintaining a healthy weight since).
