    I'd like to lose...well maintain...my weight whilst eating all the things posted in the If It Didn't Have Calories thread.

    Ok, op, kind of assuming (probably shouldn't) this is an english as a second language thing and you're looking for tips on how to lose the weight?

    Easiest way since you're already here...get your calorie goal from mfp, log/weigh what you put in your mouth, log your exercise, see the calorie goal go up, try to hit that goal, weigh yourself or take measurements or notice how your clothes are fitting after the course of 4-6 weeks and reassess if what you're doing is or is not working for you.

    If you're absolutely new to this, don't worry about macros. If you know a food will put you in the hospital because you have a physical reaction like breaking out into hives or not being able to breath, don't eat it.

    Try to eat healthy but don't feel guilty if you really want that snickers bar and have it.

    If you mean you want to lose weight without going to the gym, then you could just work out at home. It doesn't make a difference where you do it, just do it consistently. Make it a part of your day, even if just 30 Minutes. There are so many free videos you can use. If you have a treadmill, an elliptical or any other exercise equipment - make good use of it.

    Prepare your meals daily at home (you can make regular simple meals that you enjoy) and log your meals honestly everyday. Use a food scale. It can all be done without leaving your home 🙂🌼
