As a male, I think we have the abs, quads, and biceps but overall is the mentally.

    I'm pretty athletic but at one point I had more of a muscular physique - I used to get good comments with the more muscular physique but when I showed my current girlfriend pictures from those days, she said that she definitely prefers me leaner and athletic..

    There's somebody out there that finds all different physiques attractive, I don't think for a second that it's a one size fits all deal.

    I find a man attractive if they use more muscles than their TV remote muscles.
