5k runner core exercises

While I am running too lose weight and eating healthy. I am looking for great core exercise routines to help me build a strong cor to run 5ks and strengthen my abs too! What are good exercises and routine? Something I can 3 times a week. Along with some arm and shoulder muscle building?

There are many ways to get into resistance training, but I think getting some 1-1 training is the fastest and most effective.0
