Leave a group I created

Is there any way I can leave a group that I created? I don't want to delete the group just leave the group is there any way I can do it or does one of the other leaders have to remove me from the group.

Try going to the "My Groups" link in the quick-links bar to the right, and then on the group you want to leave click the drop-down menu pictured above. I'm not 100% sure at this moment if you can leave a group you created without deleting it, but whether or not that option is present for you should answer that question.

I don't see the option to leave the group. Might see if one of the other leaders on the team can remove me if not then I'll have to stay in the group but not participate.
