Violet losing (hopefully?)

I'm looking to lose 20 pounds. I weighed so much more several years ago. I can't believe I did weigh as much as I did. I was a vegetarian - and always thought - that's healthy. Well - not so necessarily - plus there's the emotional aspect of things. I've tried so many different approaches to losing. (I never did keto) I think that there are just some times where I can lose and then there are some times when I can't. It's an emotional thing for me - I wish it was easier. Right now - I feel positive. Warm weather - want to be outside doing things - eating healthy. I think I can get things moving down again. I lost 5 pounds about 3 weeks ago. So - add me please. I'd like to have some friends on here. Thanks so much :)
