When adding subway sandwiches if you add say a BMT sub does that include the mayonnaise or do you need to add the Mayo separately?

I would go to the Subway's online menu and compare the calories and the fats to the one you chose here on Myfitnesspal. All the food items on this site are entered by users and can be way off.

With restaurant meals I enter them myself. I don't eat out that often and I tend to have the same couple things at most places I do go to, so I just enter them as new food into Myfitnesspal from the restaurant's site's menu/nutrition. Once that is done, the sandwich (with or without the mayo) will be in my MY FOODS list to reuse the next time and entered the way I order it.

Here in Australia they have a calculator that lets you get the calories for the exact sandwich you order.

The default numbers don't include everything, especially the sauces and it's on pupose to make the overall calories lower.

I'm not sure where you are in the world but start at the Subway website, go to menu and see if you have a simliar option to this.
