Greetings! I used MFP daily until March of 2018 as I was in an accident and am just now getting back on my feet. Lots of physical rehab and PT and steroids. I am so thankful to be able to walk again, it's just all that time off and steroid treatment that I am up 50 lbs. No worries, when I started this I was at 427 and got down to 250, my goal weight. I am a bit disabled now, but can exercise. Looking for positive and supportive friends because that's what I am. I enjoy giving great encouragement. As we say in my business... "Stay Groovy!"

Hey @jazzgtrman, and welcome! It sounds like you've been through quite a bit, but that you're keeping positive and stayin' groovy which is so excellent to hear! One of my favorite aspects of our community is how supportive everyone here is- I hope you're able to give and receive lots of encouragement during your time with us.1

@durden, hey thanks for the kind words! It is good to be back on MFP. I was on here before from 2012 to 2018 before the "detour" of recovery. Yes indeed, this is a wonderful place to be and yes, I do give as much as I receive if not more. Be groovy!0
