Delete mistake in meal or recipe

Hi,

I can't seem to be able to delete an ingredient in my meals and recipes. I accidentally added one twice and I can't figure out how to delete, I can only edit the quantity which I guess I could set to zero but it's not very satisfactory. I am using MFP on a Samsung Galaxy Note 10.

Any assistance gratefully received.

Hi! The process is just a bit different if you are editing a Meal or a Recipe. So which one you are looking to edit does impact the exact steps.

Here are the steps for Android. Full FAQ has iOS and web info.

For Meals: Full FAQ
- Tap on the Meal you'd like to edit​.
- Tap the three dots on the top right and select Edit meal
- Tap the "Edit" (pencil) icon,
- To delete and ingredient tap the box next to the items
- Tap the trash in the upper right
- Tap "Save" when you are finished.​

For Recipes: Full FAQ
- Tap on the recipe you'd like to edit​.
- Tap the three dots on the top right and select Edit Recipe
- To delete and ingredient tap the box next to the items
- Tap the trash in the upper right
- Tap "✓" when you are finished.​

Try swiping left (works on iOS) or press and hold

Pressing the item opens the dialog box for entering serving size etc. Swiping does nothing.
