New to MyFitnessPal, Into Weight Training and Jogging~

Hi! American in South Korea who would love to make friends for motivation. :) Would love to take part in challenges and chat about anything wellness or fitness related. I do weight training and walking/jogging mainly, but I want to branch out to other exercises.

I have lost weight before and I'm currently in good shape but I want to get "stage lean" for a bikini competition for a real challenge! I joined MyFitnessPal for community and acountability as I journey through these last 10 kilograms.
