Hello! I'm Francesca, I'm 25, and I am so far from my ideal level of fitness. Super up for hearing any healthy meal and snack ideas people like - and need some inspiration for getting active again after being office-jobbed!

    Welcome. So nice of you to join us. Best advise I have is get familiar with the site. When I plan meals I make sure it’s satisfying and filling. The more satisfying it is the less apt I am to go overboard. I also am learning to eat when I am truly hungry, not because I am stressed or bored. When those feelings take place I watch a movie, read or do a hobby (crochet). It’s the little things that keeps you going. Change takes time. We all struggle just in different ways. Every change you make is bettering your health and wellness. Best wishes. Remember you are Worth It!!!
