Hiya!
Currently looking for some people who are trying to change their diet for life using IF and eating low carb for mutual support and cheerleading (and sharing of fun/interesting things!) - especially UK based MFPers since we don't have the same range of interesting foods that the US has!
Happy to accept Friend Requests from peeps doing this very specific combo!
