Does anyone have experience with this?
I am strict with my calorie counting and have been using this for breakfast and lunch with snacks in between, like popcorn and veggies.
Curious if i will gain back my weight if i switch back to a calorie controlled diet after reaching my goal

Using these shakes doesn't teach you how to eat to maintain your weight after teaching your goal.
Aside from that, it's just a matter of calories, whether they come from shakes or not.
You might also see a slight uptick when switching to 'real' foods again, because of the increase of food waste in your digestive tract.5 -
You won’t gain any fat if your calories are in check but your weight might go up because of digestion and water retention1

By what mechanism do you think you can gain your weight back if your future calorie controlled diet haves you eating at maintenance levels over an extended period of time?
Where would the extra energy (calories) be coming from that would lead to you storing away that surplus as fat?
(My experience with meal replacements way back when wasn't successful, eating good food in the right quantities was for both weight loss and maintenance.)
