Does anyone have experience with this?
I am strict with my calorie counting and have been using this for breakfast and lunch with snacks in between, like popcorn and veggies.
Curious if i will gain back my weight if i switch back to a calorie controlled diet after reaching my goal

You gain weight back when you consume more than you need to. Traditional, liquid diets have a high weight regain occurrence because the majority of people who did them relied on the shake to be their meal. Like any diet, if it's not something you're going to do for life, then it shouldn't be a diet (unless it's specific for a short term event like a contest) one takes on.
