Living with limited mobility

I have bad Fibro and have trouble walking. I do want to start doing seated workouts. I don’t see any way that I can log them?

    You can create an exercise in the logging area on the app. When you go to add your exercise, you can search the bank for exercises already on the app and there is an option to create your own.

    You can call your exercise whatever you want. You just need to add the time you started, the duration, and how many calories you burned. I have done this quite a few times using information from my Fitbit to track my progress.

    I use map my fitness to track my workout. I do chair workouts on YouTube that I pull up on my roku tv, and I either, just keep working out through the ads, or pause my workout.
