Thought Perspective

I wanted to share a great perspective a member shared in another group for visualizing weight loss by the pound & five pounds.
Losing one pound = 1 pd of butter
Losing five pounds = 5 pd bag of potatoes.
Seeing it in this perspective made me go woah I’ve lost the equivalent of 28 pds of butter or almost 6 five pound bags of potatoes.
I know I really needed visualization as I had stalled in my journey for the past six weeks. This Has given me a wake up I needed.

This is why climbing stairs and, well, doing anything is so much easier now. I was carrying around 50 lbs extra everywhere I went!2
