Workout routine- twice a week?

Hi All,
Can I train 3 muscles in one session. Also can I do it twice a week? I am aiming to bulk and cut some last remaining fat from belly.
Can I follow below workout routine?
Day 1: back, triceps, shoulder
Day2: chest, biceps, abs
Day3: lower body
Day 4: rest
Day5: back, triceps, shoulder
Day6: chest, biceps, abs
Day7: lower body

Maybe try breaking it up a little more to ensure proper recovery and work more synergistic muscle groups together. There's no reason, I can see, to dedicate a whole workout to legs. You don't need to do a lot for abs in my opinion. They get a lot of stabilizing stress. I throw in a couple of hanging leg raises while doing chins and pull ups or on rest days. My routine...
