100 days of consistency challenge

I have decided to set myself the challenge of focusing on consistency rather than results for 100 days. I started this on the 8th June but I wanted somewhere to update each day/every few days.
My consistency goals are:
1. Eat within my calorie target which is between 1500-2100 but 95% of the time this needs to be 1500-1700. I have a few weddings to go too in the next 100 days.
2. Walk 8000+ steps a day
3. Gym 2-3x per week for strength training.
4. Eat between 80-150g protein a day
I am not going to weigh (or try not too) for the next 100 days. Starting weight is 202.25lbs
Feel free to join me by setting your own consistency goals and then recording your achievements each day
