Profile Picture Changing?

I am motivated by changing my profile picture often. Why does it take so long to show the change on my posts?

    The MyFitnessPal service and our forums are technically two different entities. When you change your profile picture on the MFP side, this does not automatically get pushed to our forum provider. The best way to make sure this happens quickly (ish) is to make sure after changing your profile photo that you click into the Community via our website, so that those MFP-side changes can be synced over.

    That being said, even if you do that there's going to be some delay, and unfortunately there isn't much we can do about that.
