Post-grad weight loss probs

Hello there all!

Who else is now out of college (or high school) and is having trouble getting down to their weight pre-freshie year? I'm 23, 5'9", now 180 :grumble: , and would LOVE to be back in the 150s. My calorie intake is between 1300-1800 cals, and I workout 5x a week, cardio and weights. I would love to have 15% BF, I'm at about 26% now. Any advice/tips would be greatly appreciated!
