    It's not that different for women, honestly.

    We may need a little more fat per pound of bodyweight than men need, but it's not a huge thing. The MFP default macro goals are decent-ish as a start for most people, as long as we don't cut calories too extremely far. (0.5% of current weight is a good loss rate goal, maybe up to 1% if well over 50 lbs, or 20kg + to lose - no more unless current weight by itself is a health risk).

    I don't think women really have much difference in their nutrition requirements to men.

    Menstruating women have a higher iron requirement.

    Calorie requirements vary of course according to age, height, activity level as well as gender
