One more time

Hi. I have used MFP in the past with success and managed to keep the weight off for about 2 years. Life got crazy and I put everything else before my health. I reached my highest weight ever (205 pounds). I am currently at 186. I am now ready to take the step to make losing weight a priority. I have downloaded this app many times over the years only to delete it after a couple days. I think if I have some accountability buddies it might help. My diary is currently private because I’m more focused on just logging calories and making it a habit again. So there is a lot of quick add calorie logs. I’m not following an special diets and I weigh most of my food. Eventually I will open it up. Help me stay on MFP this time please!!!
