Good Afternoon everyone,
My name is Nikki and I am knew to fitnesspal. I am 40 years old and currently weight 255 pounds. I went through a bad break up about five years ago and at my Highest was 270. My goal is to lose 100 pound in the next 365 days. I would like to lose 50 pounds by February as I am traveling to India for 2 weeks. I am motivated, however have been struggling with workout due to lower back pain. I am hoping this site can keep me on track.
