Bloating!

Hi all !
I'm on a new fitness journey/ life style! I've recently discovered I'm super super bloated I guess I never really payed attention to it but I'm noticing it alot more. What are things that can help reduce bloating. Any advice means alot! Thank you!

    There’s a thing called fodmap you may want to check out. I have personally found that walking or standing after a meal helps me with bloating, since I end up with a massive bubble gut after almost every meal
