I have found a weight loss that works no dieting no fads no pill no denying self of certain foods just making you stay with in your calorie that this give you daily lots of water can we flavored without a lot of sugar added I use a twenty three oz bottle I fill it to about nineteen oz fill rest with koolaid with a third cup of sugar per 2 quarts keep doing that or drink just plain water one you will get your steps in going to restroom and two you can not drink to much drink 32 oz before meals and anytime after you may lose pounds or just ozs you can have icecream about three tablespoons another time you can have small piece of cake as long as you stay in your calorie plan
