Premium subscription not being recognized in app

I have an active premium subscription that goes until April 2023. It was working just fine until I updated the app yesterday. The app is not recognizing that I have an active subscription. I’ve tried calling Apple to get this resolved and they stated that it shows my subscription is active and that I would have to contact MyFitnessPal directly. I have tried reinstalling the app as well as logging out multiple times. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated!
