I am 68 years old . From Ist May22 I am cycling 10 kms up and 10 kms down .It is a hilly road . It takes 45 minutes to go and 30 minutes to come back . While going it is bit up to certain extend and while coming back it is downhill to some extent . Should I reduce my distance.? It is bit top. I am feeling comfortable day by day

If you feel fine, not too tired afterward, the distance is OK. If you are feeling too tired, consider reducing the distance until it's just a small challenge, then gradually increase.
This is the same advice, whether 18 years old or 68 years old. I am 66 years old, and cycled 39km yesterday, with some hills. I did not start out cycling that much, but it is easy now.
Any exercise you enjoy, and can do safely, is good.1 -
If you are feeling comfortable why are you thinking of reducing distance?1
