Body Weight, Yoga and stretching....

Why is body weight excersise, yoga and stretching getting me any heart points? Walking is but at an external low rate. Got u heart points for walking 6 miles makes no sense

I don't know what heart points are, but I would wager that it has to do with cardiovascular activity which is exercise for the heart. Resistance training, yoga, and stretching have numerous benefits and are important to overall fitness, but they aren't cardiovascular (heart) exercises.1
