Hi. Most introduction posts are short so I’ll try and keep mine short. I’m 25 and I’ve lost 7kg and I need to lose at least 36kg/80lbs to be healthy. I try and exercise 5 times a week for an hour and my calories goal is around 1000-1200. Thank you for reading!
