Former Keto to more balanced eating

Hi everyone! I had great results with intermittent fasting and keto up until last summer for about a year and it just wasn’t sustainable for me anymore. I felt like I was making 2 dinners for my family and it got to be too much with-especially when fruits and potatoes were off limits! I am working on leaning more into the “intuitive eating” lifestyle and I feel tracking macros is a great jumping-off point to eating a balanced diet and allowing myself all foods without feeling I need to binge because I can fit it into my day in healthy portions . Anyone else coming from a keto lifestyle to more macro-based?
